Chef Fiona Wall's passion and love for traditional baking began as a child, with vivid memories of baking cakes and biscuits in an old wood-fired stove with her grandmother. Fiona continued her grandmother's tradition and as she moved into adulthood her love and passion for
cooking intensified. |
As a further expression of her passion, Fiona soon began to offer cooking classes to her local community. With an ever growing reputation for quality and distinctive taste, demand for Fiona's products increased but it was the creation of her gourmet homemade biscuits that led to the establishment
